Welcome to Apteekinmajoitus in Old Vääksy. Apteekinmajoitus offers an idyllic setting to accommodate in the middle of the atmospheric Wanha Vääksy, right by the Vääksy Canal. Apteekinmajoitus has seven (7) rooms and a cottage. We can accommodate up to 17 people and with extra beds for up to 25 people. Rooms and common areas are decorated with respect for the old without compromising comfort. Each room has a private bathroom, quality beds, flat-screen TV and fridge. Kitchen and barbecue in summer are available for customers. You can see pictures about the rooms and common areas here: Cottage and sauna are located in a separate building. The real “Iki heater” leaves soft steamers. There is a separate lounge with sauna, which can also accommodate. Cottage has its own kitchen, toilet, sleeping loft and living area. You can see pictures about the cottage and sauna here: The name of the Apteekinmajoitus accommodation dates back to the pharmacy in 1905-59. After the pharmacy, the house has had apartments, a public school and a packing station for Rapala lures. Before the Pharmacy House, a civic college was in operation for over 20 years. The pharmacy service completed 10 years in the summer of 2018.
